Okay first, today I was thinking about how I want my blog to be like a magazine I would read. Full of variety, and able to feed diverse tastes. I am obviously really into fashion and design, but also architecture, art, books, sports, photography, quotes, music, traveling and home decor. The blog was missing something, it was missing sincerity and soul and so here is my attempt to add exactly that.
INSPIRATION.
What inspires you? Everyday I look at something, see something, hear something or read something that gives me inspiration. I always intend to write these things down but being the busy person I am, I never get to it.
Well here goes nothing...my inspiration today is Justin Bieber. Yes, yes, yes, I am a beliber, I have bieber fever and I say NEVER SAY NEVER. haha corrrnnnyyy. Anyway, I went to go see JB's flick tonight and it was unreal. Super talented kid, super inspiring story. I guess I never really realized that in the span of one year Justin Beiber became bigger than the biggest in Hollywood.
His endurance, energy, talent and love is super inspiring. People in their whole lives don't achieve what JB has achieved in the span of a year. That in itself speaks volumes about him and what a sixteen year old can achieve. It doesn't matter if you don't like him, his music or his hair, his story has the ability to move anyone.
We are all capable of living a standard life that fits the the average mold, where we are content and lead cookie cutter lives that we are destined for? Others deviate from the pack and seek something bigger and pursue something bigger. My motto has always been 'don't settle'. Don't settle for anything that you are bigger than, don't settle for a average life, don't settle for average goals. The fact is that we are all capable and usually our capacity starts leaking out through bits and pieces of inspiration. I feel mine leaking. I know I am destined for something BIG in this world, and I hope you know that you are too. Find your own way, make your own luck and set your own standards- starting deviating from that pack.
